  • All Sales are FINAL. Beehaus Extensions is committed to providing you with the best experience possible. Beehaus will try our best to accommodate you with any reasonable request prior to your shipping if for whatever reason you are not satifised with your order, we will only exchange items in its orginial state (as received). [Please Note: If you choose Beehaus Extensions to color your bundles, we will not be held responsible for the results of the final outcome of color the customer selected.] The product must be unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged and all wrap labels must be included. We will not accept any orders that have been used (washed, colored, combed, cut, or picked). Your exchanges must be received within 14 business days of your order. We do not refund shipping charges for orders being returned.

    Process Time: 3-5 Business Days *If customer checks out through Sezzle, customer's order will be available for pick up after processing window is completed.*

    Process Time: 1-2 Business Days *If customer checks out through Paypal, which is available for Next Day Ship or Instant Pick-up, if customer orders items prior to 5pm Monday-Friday it will take one business days to process, anything after 5pm customer's order may take up to two business days but after processing it will be available for pick up or next day ship.*

    This product is now available for our local Pick Up & Next Day Ship, processing time is one business day. Our company ships with three different carriers , DHL, Fedex, or USPS. Please check when you receive tracking which carrier it is being shipped through. Our company has an allotted seven to ten  business day window MAX after your order has been placed for your order to be received. If that window will possibly exceed that window, the company does our best to keep all our customers in the loop of their order so please do not worry! Be aware that COVID still does have effect on shipping and sometimes we aren't able to control the delays. So please allow your order enough time for any possible event you are planning for.
