Our company ships with two different carriers Fedex or USPS. Please check when you receive tracking which carrier it is being shipped through. Our company has an allotted seven to ten  business day window MAX after your order has been placed for your order to be received. If that window will possibly exceed that window, the company does our best to keep all our customers in the loop of their order so please do not worry! Be aware that COVID still does have effect on shipping and sometimes we aren't able to control the delays. So please allow your order enough time for any possible event you are planning for.
